This is the most popular among the hikes around Kathmandu. The 1 day hike starts from Panaauti will end it in Namobuddha. First we take a drive from Kathmandu to Panaauti and start to trek to Namobuddha. We walk through lovely farm land and villages for another 3 hours to reach the quiet and artful village of Namobuddha.The burning ghats, the suspension bridge over the small river and the well preserved temples are difficult to pass without visiting.
From Namobuddha we will drive to Dhulikhel and have our lunch and drive back to Kathmandu.
ITINERARY
Day 01: Early morning breakfast and drive for 1.5 hour to Newari town of Panaauti (1464m). From Panaauti we will have 3 hours walk to Namobuddhda. After visiting Namobuddha we will drive back to Kathmandu having Lunch on the way at Dhulikhel.
